WRO on Tour

Inspired by the title of the current exhibition at the BWA Gallery in Zielona Gora, On the other side of the mirror, we’ve come up with another WRO on Tour screening titled the Pane.

If we look at the the dictionary definition, the “pane” is an “even, smooth and shiny surface.” It can be associated with relief, calmness of an undisturbed landscape man does not interfere into. But this is only the starting point – after all, the pane can shine with a reflected light, hide secrets, also the dark ones, or reflect reality as in a distorting mirror. You can look under the surface to discover an unknown, almost animated, underwater reality. With the intention to discover something new and exciting, you can touch with your fingertips with a glass panel of the screen again and again.
